Jerry Lee Lewis had his first television appearance on “The Steve Allen Show” in 1957. This was the beginning of a long history of appearances, with over 500 film and TV roles over the course of his career. These spots included interviews, musical performances, and Jerry Lee’s professional acting work.

Over the years, the Killer has appeared in five feature films:

  • 1958: “High School Confidential!,” performing his hit “High School Confidential”
  • 1964: “Be My Guest,” performing his hit “My Baby Don’t Love No One But Me”
  • 1973: “Police Story: Collision Course,” acting
  • 1978: “American Hot Wax,” acting
  • 1982: “T.J. Hooker,” acting
